Особливу увагу було приділено структурі електронних навчальних матеріалів, які будуть зібрані в електронний підручник, випущений трьома мовами - англійською, українською та румунською, а також завантаженню навчальних матеріалів на платформу електронного навчання InnovaTex. Партнери також обговорили майбутній етап тестування онлайн-курсів.

Welcome to the latest InnovaTex update

On April 6, 2026, the InnovaTex consortium gathered online for an organisational meeting dedicated to the coordinated implementation of three central work packages: WP3 – Smart Labs Development, WP4 – Capacity Building Programme, and WP5 – Advanced Training and Upskilling.

The meeting reaffirmed the consortium's shared commitment to delivering high-quality, transnational results across all partner countries.

The session was moderated by Raluca Maria Aileni, project coordinator from the National Research and Development Institute for Textiles and Leather (INCDTP, Romania), and brought together researchers and project officers from all partner institutions, including Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design (KNUTD), Kherson National Technical University, the Technical University of Moldova (TUM), the Public Institution Center of Excellence in Light Industry from Chișinău, the University of West Attica (UNIWA), and the Organisation Creative Thinking Development (CRE.THI.DEV.).

Aligning on Smart Labs and educational content

The meeting focused on progress and next steps for the development of the innovative Smart Labs in Ukraine and Moldova, as well as the production of educational materials to support the training activities.

Particular attention was given to the structure of the multilingual e-book — to be released in English, Ukrainian, and Romanian — and to the upload of the learning materials onto the InnovaTex e-learning platform. Partners also discussed the upcoming testing phase of the online courses.

Templates and methodology from UNIWA

During the meeting, Ioannis Chronis (University of West Attica) presented the templates developed for the educational manual, the presentations, and the supporting materials.

These tools will ensure consistency, accessibility, and pedagogical quality across all training modules produced by the consortium.

The coordinator also reminded partners of the key deadlines and milestones approaching in the coming months and opened a discussion on the platforms suitable for hosting the educational content.

Looking ahead

The online meeting provided a structured framework for reviewing interim results and planning the next stages of implementation.

In the coming weeks, partners will continue advancing the preparation of the training materials, the configuration of the e-learning platform, and the operational setup of the Smart Labs in both Ukraine and Moldova.

Communication and dissemination activities — coordinated by CIAPE (Italy), the partner responsible for the project’s communication strategy — will continue at both national and European levels to ensure the broadest possible engagement with the project’s results.
