Oleksandr Melnychenko, Chief Information Officer of the Kherson National Technical University, participated in the General Meeting of URAN Ukrainian Scientific and Educational Telecommunication Network
On April 26, 2018 an annual general meeting of the Association of Users of the Ukrainian Scientific and Educational Telecommunication Network URAN was held at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. Representative of the Kherson National Technical University - Chief Information Officer Oleksandr Melnychenko - took part in this event.
A chairman of the meeting was the head of the Association, the first vice-rector of the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Yuriy Yakymenko. The participants summarized the results of the Association activities and outlined plans for the near future and prospects. Particular attention was paid toprojects of integration into the European Information Space in cooperation with the GEANT network.
